The first event of the new year will be the Ginza Tailor Rakugo Club on January 15th, where Sanyutei Wanjo will perform. The latest in our memory is the "NHK New Rakugo Awards 2022", also known as the M1 of Rakugo, which was broadcast in November, where he performed a wonderful Rakugo story but unfortunately came in second place.

His attitude and spirit of taking on the classics and orthodox style was very moving. I'm sure he'll win the long-awaited championship in the 5th year of Reiwa. Please come and join the Ginza Tailor Rakugo Club, where you can follow Wanjo-san.
