My name is Shunputei Yoichi, a Rakugo performer.
It's not "Yoichi" or "Yoichi". It's "Yoichi".
I have been performing at the "Ginza Tailor Rakugo Performance" held every month at The Cloakroom, and it was through this connection that I decided to start this series.
It's a piece of nonsense of about 1,000 characters that is published once a month, so it should take you about a minute and a half to read.
I recommend reading this while straining on the toilet. It will help improve bowel movements.
Then, if you spread the word about this page on social media with the message "This Rakugo performer is so funny, you should definitely read him!", you won't have to worry about bowel movements for one month.
Furthermore, attending the "Ginza Tailor Rakugo Performance" will likely improve the intestinal environment of the entire family.
So let me introduce myself again.
I was born on April 5th, 1998 and am 25 years old.
It was born two months after Harada's "Funaky...".
He is from Kamikawa Town, Hokkaido, which is also the hometown of Masahiko Harada.
From there, about 640 km south is Sendai City, Miyagi Prefecture.
In Miyagi, the currency is beef tongue, the nameplates on houses are made of bamboo shoots, and the main means of transportation is zunda mochi.
It's such a wonderful city.
Miyagi Prefecture is home to a lot of delicious food, but the one I recommend the most is Restaurant HACHI, a Western restaurant that is only found in the prefecture.
Fluffy hamburger steaks with a high egg content,
The Neapolitan spaghetti was chosen as the best in Japan at the competition.
Everything you eat is delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant.
I am not receiving any money from this store to advertise it.
My father is just the president of that company.
His artistic father and master was Shunputei Ichinosuke.
Recently, I became a new member of Nippon Television's "Shoten." I'm a monster who performs Rakugo more than 900 times a year.
You often see phrases like "he's so powerful he can shoot down any bird in flight" in the copy on flyers for rakugo performances, and it's true.
Just by the Master walking through the city, flying sparrows and crows become faint and fall to the ground.
When I was in my first year of high school, I went to Master Ichinosuke to apply to become his apprentice.
"Since you've already gone to high school, why don't you graduate?"
I was told this and was allowed to join the school as soon as I graduated in 2017.
I guess the reason I ended up like this is because I started listening to Rakugo from an early age due to my parents' influence.
Parents, please be careful.
When I was in junior high school, I would listen to the opening act's rakugo with my arms crossed, pretending to be a judge.
Now that I'm a Rakugo performer, this is the type of customer I dislike the most.
I'm very sorry to the opening act back then.
Despite that, I have somehow managed to be promoted to "Nidan" and am now able to perform Rakugo all over the place.
His goal is to increase the number of rakugo fans among the younger generation, just as he has.
To become a storyteller who can attract audiences to my hometown, Miyagi.
And her dream is to become a Living National Treasure!!
We look forward to your continued patronage.
